He spent his career at the highest level of international gastronomy, working in starred kitchens alongside leading chefs across Europe and beyond. That experience is the lens behind the product: GRIMODAI is designed by someone who has lived the discipline it evaluates, which is why its analytical framework reflects how professional kitchens actually operate rather than how outsiders imagine them.
